1. Ceritakan secara singkat tentang dirimu, kelebihan dan kekurangan nya?
Well, I am a very confident and resilient person. These 2 characters have brought me far till today. Coming from a very humble background, I need to work multiple times harder to achieve my dreams and at the same time, I need to believe in myself and the efforts I put into everything I do.
However, I recognize my weaknesses as well, which are sensitivity and perfectionism. I don’t know if it is my Virgo thing or it is just me but I tend to overthink some issues. Luckily, I have admitted these challenges so I always keep working on them. So far, I can utilize my sensitivity to be more emphatic to current issues and I can use my perfectionism to share constructive feedbacks at work and social settings.
2. Dunia saat ini sedang tidak baik-baik saja, banyak bencana yang terjadi belakangan ini, mulai dari kebakaran, banjir, longsor, gempa bumi dan bencana alam lainnya. Sebagai anak muda, bagaimana kamu menyikapi kondisi tersebut dan menanggulanginya?
There are several things we can do as a youth, depending on our circumstances. For example, we could take preventative actions and mitigations to face these challenges. Preventative actions include being well informed about the causes and the ways out if it happens. I would like to help the government to increase awareness of it through social media and campaigns in communities. Mitigations can depend on our availability and capabilities. We can help on the field, donate or at least spread awareness about these particular events on digital platforms.
I believe that those actions can help us to prevent and mitigate those disasters or challenges.
3. Jika kamu diberikan kesempatan kedua dan terlahir kembali, kamu ingin menjadi sosok siapa dan mengapa?
I would like to be myself. I have the best family, friends, and experience, so I would not change a thing. If only I were given a chance to iterate, I would handle some circumstances differently, wiser to be exact.
4. Lifestyle dan gaya hidup sehat saat ini sering dikumandangkan. Untuk dirimu apa saja yang sudah kamu lakukan?
One of the best documentaries I watched is Live to 100. It observes the key factors behind the blue zones, regions in the world where people are claimed to have exceptionally long lives beyond the age of 80 due to a lifestyle combining physical activity, low stress, rich social interactions, a local whole-food diet, and low disease incidence.
Thus, I have done a simple but consistently healthy lifestyle. It includes physical exercises (Running, Walking, Tennis, and Gym), low stress (meditation and yoga), and a balanced diet (natural ingredients and less processed meals).
With those consistent efforts, I have maintained a good body mass index, 10-15% fat, and toned body with minimum downtime (sick days). Also, I have inspired friends and my social media followers to have a healthier lifestyle as well.
5. Pariwisata adalah sumber pendapatan paling banyak bagi negara dengan kedatangan para turis dari luar dan dalam negeri. Mereka datang ketempat-tempat yang sudah populer seperti Bali. Menurutmu sebutkan daerah pariwisata lainnya, yang belum terkenal namun sangat bagus untuk dikunjungi?
Tourism contributes approximately 4-5% to our country’s GDP. This is affected by several factors including our affordability, natural beauties, authentic culture, and warm weather. Tourism has been very Bali-centric due to its worldwide popularity.
However, Indonesian hidden gems are not less beautiful. For example, if visitors look for a great culture with authentic food, rich history, and very friendly people, they can pay Yogyakarta a visit. If they are seeking the exotic underwater experience and unforgettable beach days, they can explore islands in Sulawesi, Maluku Nusa Tenggara, and Papua. Banda Neira, Wakatobi, and Flores can be great destinations to take a rest, enjoy the sun, and dive into the world’s most beautiful corals.
As much as I also love Bali, I would say Indonesia is beyond one island, it’s the world’s most beautiful archipelago!
6. Jika kamu terpilih sebagai pemenang Manhunt International Indonesia 2025, kontribusi apa yang akan kamu lakukan?
I would focus on 2 areas of contribution, tourism & culture and youth empowerment. As I am very passionate about traveling, I would like to work with state and local governments and private sector to increase awareness of our tourism and culture. I would be delighted to be involved in campaigns, discussions, and task forces to promote and improve our tourism and culture, with a great focus on sustainability, digitalization, and community-based tourism. Next, I would continue my mission in youth empowerment. The gap that I can fill is to help local young entrepreneurs have more unique selling points, marketing strategies, and opportunities. I would be happy (along with Manhunt International Indonesia Organization) to collaborate in promoting local products and services, such as Batik, snacks, and accommodations. Through my platform, #ngobrolpositif and Manhunt International Indonesia Organization, I would like to deliver impacts on those two aspects, tourism & culture and youth empowerment.
